This new baby is going to be sleeping amongst the softness of minky and bathed in purple. It would be so funny if when she can talk - she choses pink. All the fabric in this baby collection is from my favorite quilt shop called Fat Quarters and it washes up so beautiful. The pattern I used for the quilt is Trip Around the World. It really is beautiful. There are minky bumpers, a quilt, pillow, dust ruffle, diaper changing pad and blackout lined drapes. The chamois sheet in purple is soooo soft! It was ordered online from potterybarnkids. Custom baby bedding is awesome! Not another room like it.

No - I Don't Just Sew
I love to create. I usually come up with an idea of something I want to do and then after dreaming about it (literally) I'm ready to draw the plans, make the pattern or solve the problem. Whether I am designing a new home, remodeling a kitchen, creating real estate marketing, decorating a tablescape, or making a birthday cake - I always try to strive for "my" level of perfection by doing the very best I can. My reward is seeing others find joy in the things I create.
Years ago my grandma Dover, a successful business woman, gave me the best advice ever. She said, “if you really want to be good at something… just find someone else who is – and then learn from them.” Yes, it’s just that easy.
